Bought four box sets of this programme as a present for my father in law's big birthday (gone is the tension, hello pension!!). Although not a fan of the series myself Amazon have once again reached the highest standards of service. The price was cheaper than I could find elsewhere and even with their free delivery option the products were received quickly.
As I said this is not a review of the product because I am not a fan - more of a thank you to Amazon for outstanding service. If you like this programme you are going to buy it anyway. I would just recommend that you buy it from Amazon before shopping eklsewhere as their service is first class.

Before I ordered this series, I looked everywhere to find out if the DVDs have subtitle support, but didn't find any information regarding this.
Pity that the images for the product show only the front cover and not also the back cover that usually has more valuable information.
This why I thought that I should add this information for the benefit of other readers.
When I received the package, I looked at the back cover and it does have:
Subtitle Tracks
English SDH
(SDH - Subtitle for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing)
Also it is an excellent way to understand spoken English by viewers whose mother tongue is not English or Compo-ish.
It turned out that it is nothing fancy, just a white text and no colours to distinguish between the various actors.

i enjoy these dvds very much and i am hoping to get the full collection

its a bit difficult to review the item - it never arrived! a reputable company such as yourselves should report dvd everglade to trading standards - they take your money then dont send the product! im really annoyed about this as im only on benefits so any money i lose is important!
